  1. Remedy Lounge Consulting rooms must only be used for the  purposes agreed in your account application.
  2. The rooms must only be used by the named applicant.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain appropriate insurance and update the company with your up to date documents
  4. If membership of your governing body ceases for any reason,  you must inform the company.
  5. Practitioners and Clients are required to sign into Milton Hall to meet health and safety requirements. Please review this document on receipt.
  6. Practitioners must treat Remedy Lounge staff, our reception/security team and fellow practitioners with courtesy and respect.
  7. You will be provided with the Door codes/ wi fi codes  and health safety documents after your account has been agreed by email.  Please do not share these details
  8. One Hour Bookings will be invoiced at £15.  One and a half hours will be invoiced at £22.50, this is payable in advance. You will receive an invoice shortly after you have booked, this is payable either 24 hours in advance or on receipt of your invoice if you make a late booking. Payments are made by bank transfer, or  by PayPal. Payment details will be included on your invoice.
  9. All bookings are made at  www.remedylounge.simplybook.me/sheduler/manage  you will receive confirmation of your booking immediately . Please keep this email until after your booking in case you would like to cancel, this is done via a link in the email
  10. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the invoice will still be payable.
  11. We have 24 Hour reception cover, Please provide the reception staff with the name of your client, they will then welcome your client and direct them to the waiting area.
  12. We appreciate you leaving the rooms as you find them. please let us know asap  if you do not find them in good order.
  13. Thank you for keeping to the times that you have booked and considering the person booked in after you.
  14. Refreshments are available in the Kitchen cupboard with the Remedy Lounge sign.
  15. Remedy Lounge reserves the right to close this account if the above conditions are not met.

We may use or disclose personal information held about an individual for the primary purpose for which it is collected e.g. provision of our services, including administration of our services, notification to you about changes to our services, record-keeping following termination of our services to you and technical maintenance. This includes keeping you updated about availability of our rooms by email.
